Direct delivery or Premium Service: Which suits you better?

For every model in our shop, you decide how your vehicle is delivered: via direct delivery for the vehicle price or with Premium Service for exactly €199 more. Both options have their advantages. Here we explain the difference.
Direct delivery: affordable and fast
With direct delivery, your vehicle is sent directly to you without coming to us first. You only pay the vehicle price; shipping within Germany is free.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days from receipt of payment
- Condition on delivery: pre-assembled in the box
- You assemble the following yourself according to the manufacturer's instructions: handlebars, pedals, front wheel and lights, charge the battery, and check the brakes, screws and tire pressure
Direct delivery is right for you if you enjoy working on things yourself and feel confident about the final assembly.
Premium Service: ready to ride and set up
With Premium Service, your vehicle comes to us in Nordhorn first before you receive it. For €199, we provide:
- Final assembly
- Initial inspection before handover
- Personal orientation
- Personal setup
- Software update, if possible and necessary
- A personal contact person on site
Delivery time: 4–8 business days from receipt of payment. The extra business day is for final assembly and inspection by us.
Premium Service is right for you if you want to use your vehicle without having to work on it yourself and want a dedicated contact person.

Premium Service is optional. Your statutory rights regarding defects apply equally to both options.
You choose the option directly on the product page. If you have chosen direct delivery, you can still switch to Premium Service in the shopping cart.
