Frequently asked questions
How do I book a test ride?
Request your preferred date using the test ride form or via WhatsApp. A preferred date is not yet a confirmed booking: we'll agree the date and demo model with you personally and confirm it.
How will my vehicle reach me?
You choose: direct delivery to your home within 3–7 business days from receipt of payment, or delivery via ePOWER with Premium Service for €199 within 4–8 business days. With Premium Service, your vehicle first spends one business day with us in Nordhorn for final assembly, inspection and setup. Shipping within Germany is free in both cases.
Can I finance my vehicle?
Yes, at our Nordhorn showroom with PayPal Ratenzahlung To Go and €0 down payment, subject to availability and a credit check. The terms are set by PayPal. Feel free to message us on WhatsApp beforehand.
What's the difference between an e-bike and an electric chopper?
A pedelec assists you while you pedal. An electric chopper such as the Mangosteen M1P is a motor vehicle with its own requirements for a driving licence, insurance and registration. What matters is always the specific model variant and its vehicle documents.
How reliable are range figures?
Manufacturer range figures are measured under defined test conditions. Your actual range depends on factors such as assistance level, weight, temperature, tyres and route. That's why we don't state a guaranteed everyday range.
Are all models available on site?
The Ranger 2.0, Trax 2.0, Kommoda Pro and Kommoda 3.0 are part of our Cyrusher range. We also offer the Mokwheel Basalt 2.0, Basalt ST 2.0, Obsidian 2.0, Obsidian ST 2.0 and Flint Pro ST, the EZWLZ Forenz L and Forenz H, the Mokwheel Granite electric trike, as well as the Mangosteen M1P. Not every model is available as a demo vehicle at all times. We'll confirm colour, version, availability and your test ride before your visit.
