How quickly will the Cyrusher Trax 2.0 be delivered?
With direct delivery, we deliver the Cyrusher Trax 2.0 within 3–7 business days from receipt of payment. With Premium Service it takes 4–8 business days, because we need one business day for final assembly and inspection. Shipping within Germany is free.
In what condition does the Cyrusher Trax 2.0 arrive?
With direct delivery, the Cyrusher Trax 2.0 arrives pre-assembled in a box. Before your first ride, you fit the handlebar, pedals, front wheel and lights following the manufacturer's instructions, charge the battery and check the brakes, bolts and tyre pressure. With Premium Service, we take care of final assembly for you in Nordhorn.
What's included in the Premium Service for €199?
Final assembly, an initial inspection before handover, a personal introduction, personal setup, a software update if possible and required, and a personal contact on site. The Premium Service is optional.
Can I test ride the Cyrusher Trax 2.0 first?
We offer test rides at our showroom at Gildehauser Weg 115 in Nordhorn. Not every model is available as a demo vehicle at all times, so please send us a quick WhatsApp message beforehand and we'll confirm your appointment.
Can I finance the Cyrusher Trax 2.0?
Yes, at our Nordhorn showroom with PayPal Ratenzahlung To Go and €0 down payment, subject to availability and a credit check. The terms are set by PayPal.
What about warranty and service?
Your statutory warranty rights apply in full with both direct delivery and Premium Service. Our workshop in Nordhorn is there for you for inspections, repairs and software updates.
